  • If your location is not listed, please contact us to inquire about availability.


Processing Time

  • Orders are Delivered within 3-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply.

  • These charges are not included in your shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not liable for delays due to customs processes.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Description of the issue

We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund if applicable.
